EU “London Gin”/London Dry requires flavor to come exclusively from distillation in the presence of natural botanicals with juniper predominant; no coloring; minimal/no sweetening (≤0.1 g/L expressed as invert sugar in EU); high‑purity base spirit.

Production

• Neutral spirit redistilled with botanicals via steep or vapor infusion; only water added post distillation for proofing.

Flavor & Use

• Range: crisp, juniper‑forward, citrus/coriander, angelica/orris backbone.
• Cocktails: Martini, Negroni, Gin & Tonic, Gimlet.
